I bet you know the feeling. The feeling of doing so much, you "couldn't possibly do one more thing." The constant feeling of exhaustion. The obsession with the finish line looming in the not-so-distant future. The daydreams about what you're going to do when your project is over or your life returns to "normal." The questions that plague you, making you ask, "How did I get here again?" way too often. It's time to make a change, and we're here to help you through it.
Now that it's March, it's clear that we've fallen behind on a few of those goals and resolutions we made at the beginning of the year, but our daughters and little sisters need to see us follow through. What if we told you that the problem wasn't with your goals, but with your systems? What are your systems? Your systems encompass the strategies that lead you to maximize your schedule, choose relationship building over busyness, and the joy of pursuing wholeness in a healthy environment. They include everything from laundry to networking, and they are important because you won't rise to the level of your goals until you get them organized.
We can't have peace if our hearts and minds are agitated - going a hundred miles per hour. This year, we aren't going to allow everyone and everything to control our peace so let's take it back right now with a little encouragement from Allma M. Johnson.
