Some of our friends cause us to shrink back and dim our light because they tear away at our confidence. It's time to reflect on what friendship really means, and what steps you can take to discern whether a friendship is tearing away at your confidence or you are just a little insecure in a special area.
I bet you know the feeling. The feeling of doing so much, you "couldn't possibly do one more thing." The constant feeling of exhaustion. The obsession with the finish line looming in the not-so-distant future. The daydreams about what you're going to do when your project is over or your life returns to "normal." The questions that plague you, making you ask, "How did I get here again?" way too often. It's time to make a change, and we're here to help you through it.

We want to know that when we tell our friends something confidential, they'll keep it to themselves. We want to enjoy the secret handshakes, secret jokes, and secret memories. But what happens when the friendship is a secret? Let's talk about it...
